@nodozer555 From what I have been told from real life pilots is that flying in real life =/= rc flying. In real life you always have the correct orientation and know where the plane is moving. In the RC world, you will constantly be viewing it from the outside and will lose orientation a alot. Now imagine losing orientation while flying this fast warbird even for a few seconds.

But, ultimately the decision is yours, this is just how I feel (And i'm sure i'm not the only one).

This is a very nice flying plane. Purchased one in May 2011. I get a lot of complements on he plane at the airfield. I had been using a 4000 4s lipo 20c and it seemed a little under powered at 3/4 throttle. A friend let me borrow a 4000 4s lipo

but this was a 30c. Wow, what a differance! I just ordered some 40c lipos from Nitroplanes. More c's more power. I hope this was helpful.

In the UK these are known as FMS (not Airfield) and distributed by CML - We pay £180 for them though! ($295), might be cheaper to buy from Nitroplanes

The Pilot is off scale! Also the Marie (Yellow nose) p-51 is off scale. The full scale Marie did not have a yellow nose, It also did not have two stars and bars on the top wing, also the two yellow stripes are missing, there is only one on this version.

I like the blue nose, the pilot knows how to fly ;)

Send me the yellow one just the way it is... Nice to see that they have improved the new version with all the fixes needed on the old versions. The retactable tailwheel is great along with the forwaed rake on the main gear legs, more to scale. The pilot was a nice touch too! like I said I'll take the yellow with the wear and tears.

@raykiii The Yellow P-51 was damaged when we did a scramble, Tony and Antonio banked right, Bobby with the yellow P-51 banked left with my P-40. From my quick glance I think he rolled it in the turn and spun it in. His airplane is repairable.
