  • Hey, your video has good content, but I am not sure I totally agree with it... I guess that is why everyone has a channel and opinion right? Either way I like the content and the presentation. I picked up a few ideas from this video so thank you for posting. May I ask, how you go about determining what to make video content about? Are you looking for trending topics or are you just making content around what you think people should be consuming online? I am trying to figure out my process...

  • Check out the NCLB SCAM - FRAUD in COLUMBUS OHIO CITY SCHOOLS - at "justiceforkidsnow"

  • No Child Left Behind, LOL.

  • Ya know, despite the fact that he is completely wrong, President Bush didn't studder at all in this video like he normally does, and actually said his opinion pretty well (even though he's totally wrong, NCLB needs to be scrapped ASAP)

  • It sounds like a pretty good deal, but why should we think about education in a business sense?

  • @ThisOneRocks exactly, it's all about the greenbacks.

  • dumass smh

  • Ted Kennedy founded this act based on one fact at that time.... that over 50% of 4th graders could not read at a 4th grade level. Teachers had their shot. If over 50% of medical school graduates could not practice medicine, you would want an overhaul of standards too. And let's remember, NCLB was a far-left solution that the conservatives got approved. But once again Bush is at fault.

  • in theory it is good, but in reality all it does is makes teachers teach towards the test that gets the school money. i blame bush because he is the only one i herd talk about it postitvly

  • If they supposedly set high standards then why are the standards set to minimum?

  • Politicians don't know anything about education, theories, what research says or what the true needs are. NCLB should be scrapped.

  • I'm frustrated by so many untrained people assuming they know how to do my job better than I do. This often happens in the field of education. Having rubber to the road experience lets us know how best to serve our students; whom we intrinsically care about. It's not an easy job. It's a job you do because you love. I don't feel as if there was ever a lack-of-motivation issue amongst teachers.

  • No child left behind was probably the only good thing Bush did his whole presidency.

  • Yeah thats a load of shit. Lot of students got fucked over by that dumb asses Legislative actions. It was either you got it or we cant help you.

  • Judging by the title alone, I'd agree. But in practice, it hasn't worked out all that well.

  • Can you read at grade level bush?

  • ..okay

  • is our children learning?
