Unfortunately ads such as these don't have to honest or truthful. They do however use sensationalism and fear to sway the minds of folks.
Anyone who says the EFCA eliminates or restricts a workers right to a secret ballot is an outright liar. What the EFCA does do is restrict big businesses ability to control and bully a workers choice to be union or not.
