Dude actually? It looks like you just used random things to cook, "hmmm out of cranberry juice too... It's ok we can use gasoline and antifreeze for the sauce" .
@HunterMolnarFilms or how he says the salmon keeps cooking after you take it out of the fridge...or how he looks for the apple juice and it's right in front of him so he grabs the cranberry juice....GOTTA LOVE OL" JAMES BARBER!!!!
I've been cooking fish with sweet mangoes long before I watched this and I actually thought I was weird. But heck, it's a great recipe, I love James Barber and I love mangoes. What the heck.
same here, i used to watch him every day after school, James Barber is the man! love to watch him cook, very entertaining and his recipes are easy to do as well, I miss his show
funniest thing about him was how he never washed his hands regardless of what he touched...even if he shit on his hand he'd probably just towel it off and keep cooking. great show though
At track 4 :11 he made a mistake instead of staying saying oven he said fridge. He said he would used the soya sauce instead of salt, still yet he added salt to the sauce. Anyways I learnt to cook watching him. sometime I wonder is he for real. lol

he was a good cook...but it bothers me he insists shiny-side of foil goes to the inside, because "shiny reflects, thus it won't heat/cook as well". I paraphrased, but he had it so wrong. Convection has nothing to do with the visible spectrum. Having said that, and got it off my chest....I loved his show!
Wow, yeah I used to watch this everyday after school when I was a little kid! I'm also surprised to see so many others watched this show when they were kids, awesome :)
I'm apparently not the only guy that used to watch him every day after school. James Barber was responsible for cultivating my love of cooking. I miss his charisma.
Ha Ha!!! The apple juice is in the blue container in the refrigerator. I loved James Barber. I was really sad when I heard that he had passed. Thanks for this.
LOL The apple juice is in the fridge. It's the blue container to the right that says "Jus de pommes" - that's "apple juice" in French

I remember this show on the CBC. Why isn't it shown on the Food Network? Ricardo & Friends is on every morning and so should reruns of this show.

noticed that also...he's trying too hard to sell the idea "you can use whatever you have!". But he's still my favorite chef!
