@Sakura2079 Yes I just hate it when I go to see a musical with a professional musical theatre trained singer rather than one who tries to turn everything into a popular music style of singing. I think Coleen has an amazing voice but she ruins some of the songs she does with trills and slides that just do not work in a musical like Jekyll and Hyde.
I love them both too, but I felt Linda was'nt miked as well. And I'm probably wrong but I'm not sure it's Linda. I saw the show eleven times w/ Linda in New York incl. opening night. And four with fill ins, An this just does;nt have the Linda nuances to me., maybe it;s the echoon the audio. Thank you so much for this tape though, JC
Coleen was better. Linda's voice annoys me. i feel like she was TOO professional for the role, Lucy is more earnest, soft, and passionate. not opera-style "i-know-what-i'm-doing" diva voice.
This is great! We always hear so much about how Linda is fantasic (and I agree)...but Christiane Noll is totally amazing. Her vocal technique is flawless always and spot on. She is versatile singer who can sing any role she wants. She is what carries this song. Thanks for posting this treasure!!!
I've been looking for this version for so long time. Where did you get it? Btw I must thank you, I've been wanting soooooooooooooo much to watch Robert Cuccioli's version!!! I love this musical, we performed that too. Again thank you very very very much!!!!!

Thanks so much for this! I saw this three times front row and it was vocal heaven every time. I have yet to be as impressed by singing on Broadway.

GREAT VOICES !!
I like this version, I like to hear them sing, but I want to see their faces up-close too...not the light beam...
