@CrzayMazy Synth Eyes, you could do it with boujou also, but if you dont have money, Voodo is a free motion tracking program.

@LightningFireFilms I'm using Boujou right now but I'm having huge problems getting a solid track even if I use custom marker (white paper with black crosses). I've seen Synth Eyes tutorials in which it looked easy to select and track those kind of tracking point, but I can't get it to work in Boujou. Thanks for your reply.

@CrzayMazy If there is too much motion blur, any track would be hard. When shooting footage that will be motion tracked, try shooting at a higher shutter speed to reduce motion blur. Other than that, is there any other problem you think might have an effect on why its not tracking that well, let me know.

@LightningFireFilms It was a very steady shot at 720p/25fps, but it already got a bit darker and so there was some noise which I think was the main reason Boujou had a major problem tracking it. I did manage to get a solid track, but it needed a lot of manual adjustments. I later tracked the ground outside with a lot of daylight and the automatic tracker did a perfect job!

how did u make it animate liek that? i have a model in 3ds max bu it doesnt spin and when i animate it it looks goofy?

@ali440134 All i did was keyframe the rotation of the blades, and motion blur was on.

How could you get the shadow on the ground like that ?

@TheLVDeSign There was a ground plane to simulate the shadow, the light had a diffuse shadow setting so it would look soft on the plane.

interesting, but the rotor things have to rotate faster.

Best would be to actually create a cone or so with radius of the rotors and make it half see through. than animate the rotors with MBlur. Than it looks like they spin really fast.
