I have a question. In the mission Carrington Villa, Sometimes I walk in the little Bathroom/Showerroom, and see Hotshot dead on the ground in there, and I do not have any cheats or buddies enabled. Please Respond.
Thats strange, how come when I enable one of the buddies, they don't appear in the game? Is this a glitch or a bug in the game or something I don't know off?
It's co-op only... sorry I should have mentioned that in the description. i'll update it later. use simulants instead of another player. i think velvet dark is the only one that another player can use.
You can play co-op with a friend or simulant. If you play with simulant it won't be split screen. also if you play online co-op i think you can choose split screen or full screen. i've only played online with full... don't remember for sure if you could play it split screen also.
It's crazy what almost 10 years of technology can do to a game. I hadn't realized all the crazy graphical upgrades that had been done. Now for Rare to release the game that put them on the map (for my generation of gamers at least) with graphic upgrades. Goldeneye, that would make a lot of people's day.
Goldeneye was coming to xbla in was it 2008 or 2007. It was near completed but then it was cancelled because of license issues. microsoft, rare, activision(current bond license holder) and american nintendo had an agreement. It was coming for xbla and wii's virtual console. but then near the completion of the game some japanese manager of nintendo decided that there's no way that goldeneye will be released on another platform than nintendo platform. to make it possible...
...nintendo said activision that if they let goldeneye being released on xbox 360 they wouldn't release activision's games on nintendo platforms anymore.
that's why they were able to release perfect dark and banjo kazooie's... there weren't so many license holders with those. watch end of my goldeneye 00 agent walkthrough part 1. i put a screenshot of the xbla version of goldeneye... and original for compare. also you can search on youtube.
but yeah I'm more glad that perfect dark was released. If i'd had to choose only one between goldeneye or perfect dark i'd choose pd anyday. it's much bigger and better. but i do understand why a lot of people prefer goldeneye.
@pdxbla I whole heartedly agree with you man, but G007 was such a classic, it paved the way for PD in many ways, Rare only had to build upon what made their games awesome, and they did it amazingly.
I definitely understand what you mean. for me like for many others pd is a sequal to goldeneye. and definitely one of the best games ever. i'd like to see it on 360 but it's highly unlikely that it'll ever be released. possible but really really doubtful.
Yeah well after unlocking them I really haven't even played with them. But of course they do better job if you play normally too. I let all the guards shoot them in this video. When I played co-ops too get more percents on leaderboards it actually surpriced me that Velvet Dark killed all the guards in Pelagic II's lowest floor by herself while I was doing other objectives.

@gritnom Press start on your controller, go to help and options, than go to cheats, than go to buddies, and velvet dark should be selected.
Once that is done, close out of all of that, and go to the perfect menu, press Co - op, and play a level.
