@lfcandpo I prefer USP. The hip fire spread is more useful than the M9, the slightly longer range is helpful when I go akimbo and the sights are easier to use, IMO.

But the M9 is not bad by any means, and it does have 3 more rounds in the clip. That's 1 more potential kill. In the end, it's all personal taste.

I really wish the Black Ops pistols were as awesome and useful as in MW2.

@HarpoTheVillain thanks :) i just reached my 9th prestige lvl 70 and i use either shotguns as secondary in normal classes and akimbo rafficas with sniping classes. i used the single one of both (i havent unlocked akimbo) and i prefer the usp. But when i unlock akimbo i will decide which one but usp looks to be the one :)

I dont like using machine guns anymore, i now use pistols, the USP or Beretta M9 are the best.. i dont like magnum cos its slow and Desert Eagle has a high recoil.

usp is the best secondary in the hands of a skilled player. the amount of time it take you to switch to the usp is far less than that of a machine pistol of shotgun. and Akimbos are garbage unless you are right next to someone.

USP is great and has decent enough hipfire for akimbo, i've easily hit a medium ranged target with the akimbo usps with out steady aim so don't rule out akimbo :)
