That officer left the store, got in his car and could have left the scene, but instead he chose to stop his car right in front of the other guy's car intentionally to confront him. I'm tired of the excuse that police lose their jobs over things that civilians wouldn't, which is absolutely not true. And actually an officer can falsely arrest someone, causing them to not report to work in the morning which could just as easily result in them being terminated - regardless if they are convicted or not.
