actornwriter: Lighten up. The things people say hiding behind a keyboard is what makes the net what it is. As for me, I fought in the NYC Golden Gloves...
This is very impressive, but the rematch is more so. There, you can tell Lewis is all business! He always had a knack for underestimating opponents, but I wonder how many people would say "Night bitch", and "Wiped the smile off that fag's face" if they were stood in front of Lewis - he was the heavyweight champion, and kicked Rahman's ass soon enough. It's easy to criticise when you are hiding behind a computer keyboard. . .
@quaabhunter how is that? is it because the dominant champions are russians. well men look at it this way over in eastern europe and germany the heavyweight division is extremely popular. understand id say its entertaining seeing vitali/boytsov/povetkin/ustinov/ winning 80% of their fights by KO. how is this fight less gay than wlad vs haye. on the other hand that fight was gay because it had david haye in it. so your right todays boxing is kind of gay shity competitors like david haye/chisora
@TheDertzui yeah that lucky punch bullshit is annoying. their both pro's and their both over 110kg that means at that weight pretty much any solid punch has the potential to ko.
Honestly believe that Lewis thought Rahman couldn't hurt him. His hands down attitude here was very sloppy, but Rahman could certainly punch. Agree with comment here, Lewis was occasionally very careless which was a shame as it dents a great record.
I saw this as it happened when I was 14, being proud that Rahman was from Baltimore as I am, It was beautiful! I thought Hasim Rahman was the next Tyson. He's a top level fighter but has a mixed record these days... I'm still proud to watch this, thanx for uploading
I think i may know what having a good chin is, Notice guys who get knocked out really easily almost NEVER roll with punches. where as Vitali Klitschko who has never been knocked down or out in any professional bout always seems to roll with his opponents biggest shots.
Lewis had no chin,Rahman and McCall are not exactly goin' to go down as the hardest punchers in boxing history.Look at Ali,he had a great chin, withstood the blows of Foreman,Frazier,Shavers,Norton and countless others. These guys are the heaviest hitters of all time.Norton broke his jaw early in their 1st fight but Ali never got ko'd,Ali's only tko loss was to Holmes. He did not answer the bell for the 11th round.Ali was a tough guy. =)
@jjhkjhgkjh You are talking nonsense, Lewis went in with the biggest punchers around Bruno, Tyson (past best), Klitschko, Ruddock etc. Lewis has been hit by many hard punches and done well. McCall was a hard puncher and had a granite jaw, and this Rahman punch the way it landed would have probably have floored anyone. Its pointless talking about those from past era, we don't know what would have happened its total pointless conjecture. Ali was floored by a skinny Henry Cooper
How is it pointless talking about past eras? What only the present matters?Ali was KNOCKED DOWN by Henry Cooper not KNOCKED OUT.He got up and won the fight.Lewis was KNOCKED OUT BY Rahman, big difference.Your point with Cooper makes no sense.Ali won,Lewis lost!
@jjhkjhgkjh My point is that you don't know who would have beaten who its silly and false affirmations. If they were in same era they would also have had the advantages & restrictions of that era. e.g. If past soccer players played todays ones, you think the old ones would some how miss all the nutrition, training advances etc? People are in their time, if Tyson etc were back in the old days maybe they couldn't have hacked the conditions...these things r all pointless speculation
@jjhkjhgkjh another factor is that in a past time the media may not have created the fear factor that existed in tyson's image. It is well known that boxing is very much psychological and it is well known that Tyson won many of his fights simply to the opponent freezing before the fight. All sorts of variables that change with time and circumstances. Even A'li said Marciano may have KO'd him and he said you can't know these things. Even the same pairings produce diff. results in time
@unseenocean You make some very good points, people utilize what they have in their time.Imagine Jack dempsey on 'roids? But I do believe if you have a good chin in 1900 you have a good chin in 2000.There is no doubt Ali could take a punch and he also made people miss, very tough guy and that he clowned around his toughness I believe was underated.Marciano took 3 to get in one.Marciano was my favorite fighter of all time but I do not know about him beating Ali.
@jjhkjhgkjh I love Marciano & think he was a GREAT fighter with a HUGE heartbut I think Ali easily would have outboxed him & Foreman would have KO'd him (like Frazier)
@Brandoni73 Lennox “The Vulture” Lewis: career breakdown
Here are Lennox Lewis’ most difficult opponents:
Hasim Rahman – A fighter who didn’t even take up boxing until the age of 20, making his pro debut at 22 in 1994 a guy with no punch resistance, not just been ko’d, but out of the ring in 1999 by Oleg Maskaev. Lennox got ko’d in 5. Lennox won in 4 in a 2001 rematch, so poor was Hasim Rahman that he didn’t win another fight until a 2004 U/D “HBO Ballroom Boxing” match with 41yo Al Cole
@poopyfaceplumnose ya know, us NBPP members really do believe that shit will happen this year...maybe bcuz the sun is intensifying like crazy..happy last year on the planet pigs!
Lennox is the most annoying & boring fighter in boxing history! Im so glad he got knocked out even though he won the rematch he still got knocked the fuck out!
I never did like or rate Lennox Lewis, I dont really why some boxing fans idolise him the way they do. I remember this fight well, I stayed up until the early hours of the morning to watch it. Ive never laughed so much when he got knocked on his arse. truebeliever786 is correct - Any decent fighter would have took that punch and got back up before the count ended. Its fair to say that punch would have floored anyone, but no everyone would have stayed down. Lewis did - end of story.
i remember when this happened, i was looking down cuz i was eating mcdonalds and i missed it hahahaha ... my dad was watching it in the living room and he was like woooo hahaha did u see that? i was like dammit i missed it lol btw i could see the tv from the kitchen it was right next to the living room lol ahh good times, well actually not really lol bak in 2001 if im not mistaken right? i hated lennox lewis he was a punk, i'm glad he got knocked out with his fruity accent hahaha yeeae rahman
people said Lewis has weak chin because he got KO'ed twice by single punch but this punch by Rachman, if landed the same way, anyone would have been floored
@Megadeth72 Yes but not anyone would've stayed down. If you have guys like Muhammad Ali, Joe Frazier, George Foreman and Rocky Marciano, guys with chins made of Iron and heaps of heart, they'd get up... That's what makes them better than Lennox Lewis...
@Megadeth72 um... i dont think half of the people here know boxing but thats not a KNOCK OUT, this is a KNOCK DOWN or TKO. lewis got knocked down, not knocked out.
@Megadeth72 Correct. People don't realize that in the heavyweight division EVERYTHING is predicated around avoiding getting hit with a flush right hand. They never invented the guy that can take a loaded right hand from a heavyweight with top-end power. It's like getting hit by a bag of bowling balls falling out of the sky.
the way lewis got other fighters could have taken another blow before going down. he has a glass jaw period. Lewis was fighting behind a jab the covered this very fact. lewis wasnt a great champ to me and his name will never be on par with holyfield , tyson, forman and ali.
@Megadeth72 Lewis had a questionable chin. Sometimes he took a shot well, sometimes he would be stunned by anything harder than a jab. It was always a wildcard with him.
I like Lennox Lewis, but he needed this. Right up til the instant that punch hit his chin, he was grinning. No need to mock Rahman like that. Lewis was damn near knocked out cold, and you can tell, because after Lewis hit the canvas, he tried throwing a punch .... lol ... had no idea what hit him or where he was.
Hasim Rahman - A fighter who didn't even take up boxing until the age of 20, making his pro debut at 22 in 1994 a guy with no punch resistance, not just been ko'd, but out of the ring in 1999 by Oleg Maskaev. Lennox got ko'd in 5. Lennox won in 4 in a 2001 rematch, so poor was Hasim Rahman that he didn't win another fight until a 2004 U/D "HBO Ballroom Boxing" match with 41yo Al Cole
It's tough to defend your head if your hands are at your chest or lower. He was too comfortable and relaxed in his defense because he was winning. Bad idea in a big heavyweight fight.
fucking crap overated champ i mean by lewis this is the state of heavyweight boxing money@donking,lewis the most useless shitty champion that existed in the boxing history
why when people talk about lewis do they always mention his fight vs vitali bitchko, lewis won that, get over it and also if one of those two brothers fought a prime lewis or tyson they would be out in a round, simple. infact any h/w thats around now wouldnt of got close to a title in 90s or early 2000s. i wish that the h/w division got a refreshin fighter who was classy and didnt weigh 1000 lbs like the fat twats that fight these days.
I have never been a Lennox Lewis fan but I wouldn't read too highly into this fight because we all know what happened in the rematch. However I do think this performance eliminates Lewis from consideration as one of the all time greats. Not because he lost but the way in which he lost and defended the heavyweight championship of the world.
@JediKnight1007 lol thats your opinion, now lets pull up a few facts, he got punished for being lazy, he deserved to loose for being lazy, in the rematch, he was out to ko him, and he did in style, lewis has never met a fighter he can not beat...that is great, is it not..?
Mike Tyson - June 2002- This is Lennox's biggest con. Tyson, destroyed by British club-fighters Danny Williams and Kevin McBride more decisively than Lennox Lewis who took 8 rounds to literally push an exhausted overweight 235lbs Mike Tyson to the canvas. This is not surprising, he'd boxed just 18 rounds in 6 yrs and was pictured 03/2002 in the National Enquirer smoking marijuana with hippies in Hawaii
Hasim Rahman - A fighter who didn't even take up boxing until the age of 20, making his pro debut at 22 in 1994 a guy with no punch resistance, not just been ko'd, but out of the ring in 1999 by Oleg Maskaev. Lennox got ko'd in 5
Hasim Rahman 2 - Lennox won in 4 in a 2001 rematch, so poor was Hasim Rahman that he didn't win another fight until a 2004 U/D "HBO Ballroom Boxing" match with 41yo Al Cole
He didn't take Vitali Klitschko seriously either... and if he didn't get bailed out by that lucky cut Lewis would have lost that fight. Probably by KO. Everyone knows this is why Lewis refused a rematch and opted to retire rather than give Vitali another chance to take him to school.
Razor Ruddock - a decent win in round 2. But this guy never held a title. Add to that the fact that Ruddock had already been knocked out by a bum with a glass jaw called David Jaco and later an HIV+ Tommy Morrison in 1995
Oliver McCall - Oliver was 29 years old and stopped Lennox easily in the 2nd round.
Tommy Morrison - Tommy was 25 years old, and and HIV+ so this is Lennox's best win?
It's funny how Lewis moved heaven and earth to make a re-match with Rahman, but then completely punked out and retired after promising to fight Vitali again. I guess he wasn't too keen on the idea of getting in the ring with him again.
@kngfsh256 he beat vitali its not lewis fault that he got a good punch in and gave vitali a deep cut if you watch the fight at the end people are booing lennox what for???? the referee stopped the fight had nothing to do with lewis typical Americans hating on lewis because he is a Englishmen and he knocked out mike tyson and rahman lmao rahman fell like a sack of spuds hahah lennox might not have been the best boxer but he was a good boxer give the man some credit.
@yarp123123123123123 the heavyweight division wasn't doin much until that fight with Vitali - suddenly there was some excitement and anticipation for the rematch - Lewis gave every impression that he wanted to fight Vitali again - then at the last minute he chumped out and quit - the guy was a good heavyweight - it's just too bad he never fought Bowe, and only fought Holyfield and Tyson when they were way past their prime - the only thing close to a defining fight was Mercer
@kngfsh256 I disagree. The Klitchko fight was his career defining win. That win was against a prime Vitali when Lewis was at his oldest, slowest, and heaviest. Lewis was right to retire on top when he realized that he didn't have it anymore. The longer Vitali continues to dominate, the better that win looks for Lewis. And remember, it was Bowe that refused to fight him, going so far as to throw the WBA belt in the garbage at a presser instead of facing Lewis who was his mandatory.
@kngfsh256 him not fighting bowe was completely bowe's fault. The demands the guy was making were ridiculous, he wanted an 80%-20% split in his favour
Wow. I loved George Foreman the fighter (both versions) and George Foreman the person -- but, uggh, I forgot how terrible he was behind the mic and how much he made Lamps and company work to salvage the broadcast. Why HBO kept him as long has he did I'll never know.
Before he landed that punch the comentators where already pointing out how Lewis wasent taking Rahman serious and dropping his hands. And to be fair Lewis was doing what he wanted and landing well. But your boxing against a guy who did enough to challenge for your belt, quit playing games or thats what ya get.
i've read some of the bullshit comments on here...listen the reason Lewis lost this fight is because of the altitude,he didn't acclimatize to the place where he was fighting,he'd only been there a week and that's why he was sluggish and out of breath,he was in shape but the thin air beat him.....
@kev1236543 or maybe he lost because he wasnt taking the fight seriously enough. if he gave it 100% from the start, things would most likely hav turned out differently. lewis is one of the best heavyweight fighterin history but i think he let his ego get to him
@NazhitsREALLYHARD yeah but it wasn't a prime Lewis when he fought klitschko, he was at the very end of his career! He avenged the only losses he ever had and retired top of the tree, the guys a legend. On a separate note, how Haseem Rahman has managed to have a career in boxing this long, on the back of just 1 punch against Lewis is astounding!?..
@NazhitsREALLYHARD Don't forget he had a very rough time with Vitali Klitschko,a fight that he was on his way to lose if it wasnt by the horrific cut Vitali sustained, granted Lewis was underprepared for that one,but I think that even at 100% Vitali would still give him fits, his size, skills, power and solid chin wouldve been a challenge for him, aside from Vitali there wasnt anybody else,Bowe??he was talented as well but by the time Lewis became the premiere heavyweight Bowe was a spent force.
@julius5551 George Foreman said after the Tyson fight that Lewis was the greatest heavyweight in history... man he ate his words when Vitali battered Lewis from pillar to post. Vitali hadn't even peaked by then. In my opinion, Vitali was at his peak when he annihiliated Danny Williams... he was picking his shots really well and his upper body movement was amazing. Peak Vitali beats a peak Lewis.
@NazhitsREALLYHARD You know that Foreman as great as he was didnt translate that into commentating, having said that,I tend to agree that Vitali had the tools to beat Lewis all things remaining equal, but it wouldve been a terrific fight(of course I am talking about prime vs prime)Lewis lost both of his bouts to unheralded opposition which to me tarnishes his legacy a tad, nonetheless he was a very talented fighter.
@muclesmarinara TKO means technical Knockout... Vitali was stopped because of cuts... if you watch the fight again you'll see it was Lewis who was on the verge of being knocked out. Vitali gained more attention than lewis. Lewis's face at the end said it all... he was relieved.
@NazhitsREALLYHARD Lewis was evidently exhausted. Then again it was the result of his heavy hands and no one else that Vitali was cut up. Yet he receives so much slack for a decision that was made BY the referee, by his own doing, at almost 39 years old, in the worst condition I've ever seen him fight, after dominating or ranking atop a stellar heavyweight division for over a decade.. Yet Tyson receives all the shoulda woulda coulda excuses in the world..
I always liked Lennox, but I will say this. If you could get to the chin, you had the man No matter how hard he trained. McCall proved it too. Klitschko almost did as well.
I always liked Lennox, but I will say this. If you could get to the chin, you had the man No matter how hard he trained. McCall proved it too. Klitschko almost did as well.
Lewis obvioulsy didnt train much for this fight, considering how thoroughly he beat him the next time. That was a picture perfect KO punch, though. Rahman definitely had his day in the limelight.

@Megadeth72 Yes but not anyone would've stayed down. If you have guys like Muhammad Ali, Joe Frazier, George Foreman and Rocky Marciano, guys with chins made of Iron and heaps of heart, they'd get up... That's what makes them better than Lennox Lewis...
truebeliever786 1 month ago
@Megadeth72 um... i dont think half of the people here know boxing but thats not a KNOCK OUT, this is a KNOCK DOWN or TKO. lewis got knocked down, not knocked out.
StikManJones 1 month ago
@Megadeth72
It wouldn't have floored Ray Mercer. Or George Chuvalo.
garethac81 1 month ago
@Megadeth72 Correct. People don't realize that in the heavyweight division EVERYTHING is predicated around avoiding getting hit with a flush right hand. They never invented the guy that can take a loaded right hand from a heavyweight with top-end power. It's like getting hit by a bag of bowling balls falling out of the sky.
RaulGroom 1 month ago
@Megadeth72
the way lewis got other fighters could have taken another blow before going down. he has a glass jaw period. Lewis was fighting behind a jab the covered this very fact. lewis wasnt a great champ to me and his name will never be on par with holyfield , tyson, forman and ali.
alexlexus 1 month ago
@alexlexus Imagine fighting behind a jab in boxing. And beating every man you ever fight and unifying the belts. I agree, he must be useless.
DaveWBedford 1 month ago
@Megadeth72 Lewis had a questionable chin. Sometimes he took a shot well, sometimes he would be stunned by anything harder than a jab. It was always a wildcard with him.

I like Lennox Lewis, but he needed this. Right up til the instant that punch hit his chin, he was grinning. No need to mock Rahman like that. Lewis was damn near knocked out cold, and you can tell, because after Lewis hit the canvas, he tried throwing a punch .... lol ... had no idea what hit him or where he was.

Lennox "The Vulture" Lewis: career breakdown
Here are Lennox Lewis' most difficult opponents:
Hasim Rahman - A fighter who didn't even take up boxing until the age of 20, making his pro debut at 22 in 1994 a guy with no punch resistance, not just been ko'd, but out of the ring in 1999 by Oleg Maskaev. Lennox got ko'd in 5. Lennox won in 4 in a 2001 rematch, so poor was Hasim Rahman that he didn't win another fight until a 2004 U/D "HBO Ballroom Boxing" match with 41yo Al Cole
JoeCalzagheTheCoward 2 months ago
It's tough to defend your head if your hands are at your chest or lower. He was too comfortable and relaxed in his defense because he was winning. Bad idea in a big heavyweight fight.

why when people talk about lewis do they always mention his fight vs vitali bitchko, lewis won that, get over it and also if one of those two brothers fought a prime lewis or tyson they would be out in a round, simple. infact any h/w thats around now wouldnt of got close to a title in 90s or early 2000s. i wish that the h/w division got a refreshin fighter who was classy and didnt weigh 1000 lbs like the fat twats that fight these days.

JediKnight1007 2 months ago
@JediKnight1007 lol thats your opinion, now lets pull up a few facts, he got punished for being lazy, he deserved to loose for being lazy, in the rematch, he was out to ko him, and he did in style, lewis has never met a fighter he can not beat...that is great, is it not..?

Lennox "The Vulture" Lewis: career breakdown
Here are Lennox Lewis' most difficult opponents:
Mike Tyson - June 2002- This is Lennox's biggest con. Tyson, destroyed by British club-fighters Danny Williams and Kevin McBride more decisively than Lennox Lewis who took 8 rounds to literally push an exhausted overweight 235lbs Mike Tyson to the canvas. This is not surprising, he'd boxed just 18 rounds in 6 yrs and was pictured 03/2002 in the National Enquirer smoking marijuana with hippies in Hawaii

He didn't take Vitali Klitschko seriously either... and if he didn't get bailed out by that lucky cut Lewis would have lost that fight. Probably by KO. Everyone knows this is why Lewis refused a rematch and opted to retire rather than give Vitali another chance to take him to school.

Lennox "The Vulture" Lewis: career breakdown
Here are Lennox Lewis' most difficult opponents:
Razor Ruddock - a decent win in round 2. But this guy never held a title. Add to that the fact that Ruddock had already been knocked out by a bum with a glass jaw called David Jaco and later an HIV+ Tommy Morrison in 1995
Oliver McCall - Oliver was 29 years old and stopped Lennox easily in the 2nd round.
Tommy Morrison - Tommy was 25 years old, and and HIV+ so this is Lennox's best win?
JoeCalzagheTheCoward 2 months ago
It's funny how Lewis moved heaven and earth to make a re-match with Rahman, but then completely punked out and retired after promising to fight Vitali again. I guess he wasn't too keen on the idea of getting in the ring with him again.
kngfsh256 2 months ago
@kngfsh256 he beat vitali its not lewis fault that he got a good punch in and gave vitali a deep cut if you watch the fight at the end people are booing lennox what for???? the referee stopped the fight had nothing to do with lewis typical Americans hating on lewis because he is a Englishmen and he knocked out mike tyson and rahman lmao rahman fell like a sack of spuds hahah lennox might not have been the best boxer but he was a good boxer give the man some credit.
yarp123123123123123 2 months ago
@yarp123123123123123 the heavyweight division wasn't doin much until that fight with Vitali - suddenly there was some excitement and anticipation for the rematch - Lewis gave every impression that he wanted to fight Vitali again - then at the last minute he chumped out and quit - the guy was a good heavyweight - it's just too bad he never fought Bowe, and only fought Holyfield and Tyson when they were way past their prime - the only thing close to a defining fight was Mercer
kngfsh256 2 months ago
@kngfsh256 I disagree. The Klitchko fight was his career defining win. That win was against a prime Vitali when Lewis was at his oldest, slowest, and heaviest. Lewis was right to retire on top when he realized that he didn't have it anymore. The longer Vitali continues to dominate, the better that win looks for Lewis. And remember, it was Bowe that refused to fight him, going so far as to throw the WBA belt in the garbage at a presser instead of facing Lewis who was his mandatory.
guvnoir23 2 months ago
@kngfsh256 him not fighting bowe was completely bowe's fault. The demands the guy was making were ridiculous, he wanted an 80%-20% split in his favour

it was agreed that lewis would go down and hand victory to rahman
if you look closely lewis almosts encourages rahmaan to hitman
the reason? money
more money through the fight purse for lewis and more money generated through tv if they fought a rematch

Wow. I loved George Foreman the fighter (both versions) and George Foreman the person -- but, uggh, I forgot how terrible he was behind the mic and how much he made Lamps and company work to salvage the broadcast. Why HBO kept him as long has he did I'll never know.

kettlesarenice 3 months ago
Before he landed that punch the comentators where already pointing out how Lewis wasent taking Rahman serious and dropping his hands. And to be fair Lewis was doing what he wanted and landing well. But your boxing against a guy who did enough to challenge for your belt, quit playing games or thats what ya get.

i've read some of the bullshit comments on here...listen the reason Lewis lost this fight is because of the altitude,he didn't acclimatize to the place where he was fighting,he'd only been there a week and that's why he was sluggish and out of breath,he was in shape but the thin air beat him.....
kev1236543 3 months ago

Ecad82 4 months ago
China chin Lewis got bashed once again,to his credit he avenged both of his losses in emphatic fashion.
julius5551 4 months ago
@julius5551 Yeah but they were against scant opposition... he never fought a prime great heavyweight... always an advantage in his favour.
NazhitsREALLYHARD 4 months ago
@NazhitsREALLYHARD Don't forget he had a very rough time with Vitali Klitschko,a fight that he was on his way to lose if it wasnt by the horrific cut Vitali sustained, granted Lewis was underprepared for that one,but I think that even at 100% Vitali would still give him fits, his size, skills, power and solid chin wouldve been a challenge for him, aside from Vitali there wasnt anybody else,Bowe??he was talented as well but by the time Lewis became the premiere heavyweight Bowe was a spent force.
julius5551 4 months ago
@julius5551 George Foreman said after the Tyson fight that Lewis was the greatest heavyweight in history... man he ate his words when Vitali battered Lewis from pillar to post. Vitali hadn't even peaked by then. In my opinion, Vitali was at his peak when he annihiliated Danny Williams... he was picking his shots really well and his upper body movement was amazing. Peak Vitali beats a peak Lewis.
NazhitsREALLYHARD 4 months ago
@NazhitsREALLYHARD You know that Foreman as great as he was didnt translate that into commentating, having said that,I tend to agree that Vitali had the tools to beat Lewis all things remaining equal, but it wouldve been a terrific fight(of course I am talking about prime vs prime)Lewis lost both of his bouts to unheralded opposition which to me tarnishes his legacy a tad, nonetheless he was a very talented fighter.
julius5551 4 months ago
@NazhitsREALLYHARD Vitali still lost that fight by TKO though
muclesmarinara 3 months ago
@muclesmarinara TKO means technical Knockout... Vitali was stopped because of cuts... if you watch the fight again you'll see it was Lewis who was on the verge of being knocked out. Vitali gained more attention than lewis. Lewis's face at the end said it all... he was relieved.
NazhitsREALLYHARD 3 months ago
@NazhitsREALLYHARD Lewis was evidently exhausted. Then again it was the result of his heavy hands and no one else that Vitali was cut up. Yet he receives so much slack for a decision that was made BY the referee, by his own doing, at almost 39 years old, in the worst condition I've ever seen him fight, after dominating or ranking atop a stellar heavyweight division for over a decade.. Yet Tyson receives all the shoulda woulda coulda excuses in the world..

@julius5551 Avenging knockouts to bums that should have never beat you in the first place big deal. dhinless wonder here. not a great heavyweight

Lewis obvioulsy didnt train much for this fight, considering how thoroughly he beat him the next time. That was a picture perfect KO punch, though. Rahman definitely had his day in the limelight.
