  • I am so surprised that he is smiling and clapping... I feel so angry for the injustice done on him...

  • @dalmurja Yeah i know what u mean but do ya kno what i think, they never manage to set up a scumbag type of person. Its always the purely innocent.Everytime i see a case like this which isn't often enough they are never bitter. The police who worked the case shud be brought up on charges cause chances are they nearly always have lied and invented evidence just to clear the case off the books - i mean how else can you convict innocent people.

  • @Skorzeny64 nah the kid he supposedly raped was given pics of his possible attacker and he pointed this bain guy out. bt still you can't give a 9 year old kid pics of niggas who look the same and expect him to know which one his attacker was, kid was sleeping and only awoke when he was getting raped and it was dark, how could he possibly be sure what his rapist looked like??

  • @dalmurja Same here, it makes my blood boil.

But he genuinley doesn't seem angry or bitter, which is good because it means he can move on with the rest of his life.

  • How you can watch this without either crying or coming close at least is beyond me. It is horrible that he was wrongly convicted and served so much time. There is nothing that can be said to excuse that, but that he FINALLY was freed is great to see.

  • 35 years... It's an amazing scene to watch but, damn, 35 years.. Half of his life.

  • @ogobongo the good half too!

  • This is awesome, I hope he got some compensation for all those years he did in prison. I know his family are so happy, what a great sight to see.

  • who the fuck dislike diss ass hole

  • some strong faith right here but god gives me the common since to take the money

  • i would be happy id be mad as hell they messed up his life they act just as happy as they day they locked him up

  • America is sick, it has even happened several times that people has been sentenced to death and only after they were killed they noticed that the person was not guilty.

    FUCKING SICK!

  • Whoever denied him the dna tests several times before needs to be locked up.

The government need to give him a lillion for each year he spent in there.

  • he should sue the shit out of them

  • @juki0h I hope he did and I'm sure he lawyer next to he would have filed the papers.

  • Jimmy Bain is released from prison after 35 years behind bars.

  • he looks so happy. I think I'd still look a bit pissed on my release.

  • Damn, 35 years starting when your young? Personally I would get an AK and go hunt some people down but some people take it well....

  • america suck my nuts

  • Whats the deal with the Jew at the end ?

  • Ah man, bless the guy. Is really bad that his missed out on so much life, feel so sorry for him, he should definitely bring out a book bout his life to I think, without that sounding bad

  • Well he is lacking on conversational skills so I assume it could have been hard for him get his point across. And I noticed how simple mindid people get over things so easy and nothing seems to hurt them much where as intellectuals or highly intelligent people would have pondered on the jail sentence every day and had a severe depression or suicidal tendencies

  • is was because he is black

  • I'm not black or white or brown or pink or yellow. I am human. God made me as all of you. "Free at last, free at last, Lord have mercy I'm free at last!"

  • They took half his life away.

  • i would go back n kill d judge if i was d man! atleast i wil now know am guilty as charged

  • thank God it wasn.t the death penalty ! what would ve happened? both d judge n d correction officers would ve died as well fucking ass holes

  • OK, So now what? This guy just spend 35 years of his life in prison. Is the State just going to let him out, maybe apologize, and then pretend that none of this happened?

  • 35 years for 1.75 million is not enough. they sould have paid him around 10 to 20 million

  • He got paid out $1.75 Million for compensation... $50000 for each 35 years he spent in prison. The state should pay him 35 years worth of interest on top! Poor man... Still it cannot replace the time lost.

  • this shyt made me cry man thts so fucked up u cant replace 35 years

  • thats y i ay fuck the police yall stole this mans whole life no amount of money in the world can replace 35 years FUCK THE POLICE u dumb white bastards

  • @slate20 some time he uses stong people like jimmy to reach out to people and show that if you keep faith he will bring you through. cant expect you nor myself to understand understand why he does thing you just have to believe he will

  • Where the fuck was god over the last 35 years then? Watching him suffer the punishment of a crime he didn't commit? Thanks god!

  • I would like to go to prison for one year if I got a couple of million dollars, but 35 years in prison for 35k$ a year... =S?

  • he should get paid $35000 at a minimum for doing time for something he didn't do

  • @alonglife42 no way! no amount of money can be equal to 35 years in prison 1m at the least.

  • this shit happens than we think i think but we never hear about it

  • getting me so mad Fuck america

  • Why did it take 35 years to compare sperm to see if it matched.? Did they not have the technology? Fucking idiots

  • @puducy562713 well it took 35 years because he suffers from a rare disease called being black .......our society is fucked up

  • @puducy562713 It's called manpower. They cannot process everyone as quickly as they should.

  • @puducy562713 dna profiling came out in 84'. there is millions of cases since then that peolpe have to go back to to do the testing(which take days i think). there are many more to go.

  • @puducy562713 they skip doing some of the testing unttill an aterney comes to them like this guy

  • WHAT!!!!!!! HE SHOULD BE PISSED OFF!

  • @KINGSTONUSB2 he could sue if he wanted to.

  • i cant wait 7 days for christmas, he waited 35 years to talk on the cell phonefor the 1st time... i feel dumb.

  • This is fucked up. I'm 22 and I just can't imagine spending 35 years of my life for a crime I didn't commit. How do you start over after that? You've got no money and at that age starting a career is almost impossible. Best of luck to him.

  • just the idea that this could happen FUCKIN SCARES ME! imagine 35yrs in the klink its like a nightmare come true. and everybody knows molesters get HELL in prison. sad sad sad.

  • He must feel like he's travelled in time.. he must be pretty scared.

  • he should sue the prison system and get some money im talking $100 per day spent in prison which would be 365 x $100 = $36,500 in a year multiply that by 35 years = $1,277,500 dollars and zero cents

  • @MRX31605 He did in fact get compensation of up to $24,000,000

  • could of worn a nice pair of shoes, just sayin

  • jimmy bain went to jail for a crime the he dint commit

  • its really fucked up what the american justice system does to people.so so sad

  • All Racist White Supremist who do such evil things as terrorising black people with prison, should get the same amount of time.

  • Thank God! Our judicial and law enforcement systems are really ****** up. We have to find a better way to go to crime scenes and get the right suspects. And not have innocent people get arrested for something they NEVER did. There's got to be a better way someday.

  • That Guy should have al the money in florida right now... Ever florida law dollar that is being made.

  • stupid american law and government... cant believe

  • @DowlaHouseSerbia not stupid , racist* the took the first black man they saw and charged him with something he didn't do.

  • @DowlaHouseSerbia because he is black

  • Trie fact joebang 253

  • As a business owner in Lake Wales Florida..I've been told by two cops and one lawyer that the sheriff Grady Judd never met a "camera" he didn't like and often makes his cops call him first before taking people to jail...so he can call the news in case he thinks it's "newsworthy". They recently cuffed two alleged hookers and had them get out of the car....just so Grady Judd could get them back in the hotel.....in time for the press to show up...and he could talk about the evils of hookers.

  • Amazing how southern justice works....they love to nail you with the dna when it can convict you...but when it is obvious they get it wrong you have to wait a lifetime to get them to test it in order to exonerate yourself. The judge didn't even apologize to this man. I live in this city....trust me....there is much more to this story then DNA. Jimmy Baines was INNOCENT no doubt about it.....beyond the lack of DNA. The line up these crooked cops used was telling some kid to point Jimmy out! WTF!

  • Bain you're an honorable man.

  • 2 ppl here are guilty

  • I am happy for this man, I really am. But I can't help but feel for him because that's over thirty years of his life that he will never get back because of some crooks a corrupt system that still exists today.

  • please dont tell me hes just been released from prison after 35 years for something he didnt do.......

  • god bless u sir .God is able

  • I hope he sued them. He is an amazing person who still believes strongly in the LORD despite everything that happened to him. At least he was able to see his mom who must be very elderly at this point.

  • If you want to know just how F'ed up and evil the justice system really is and some of the people who work in it, you have to spend time in prison. If you are innocent no one who work in the system cares. Once you are in, getting out is almost impossible. Everybody take their time even when new evidence show you are innocent. There has to be a special place in h*ll for people who know or find out people are innocent and let them remain in prison one day longer. But they do, sometimes years.

  • I'm glad he's out of prison now. But LMAO he looks like the dude from the "you gonna get raped" pictures.

  • I'm sure they had plastic bottles in prison. Give the man a mobile phone, a laptop and new car.

  • At 5:09 he said that in reverser

  • you people give all the power to police and courts and wonder y they take da piss.

i cant respect anythinthg the court or police and u people who use your fear to give these godless people power. and 35 years aint something to smile about either or be happy about, i wouldnt leave there is no point.

  • In holland we are also very good in puting innocent people behind bars. Strange enough there are never repercutions for the judges or prosecuters for destroying someones life.

  • Jimmy Bain is one classy gentleman for having spent 35 years behind bars for something he didn't do. peace

  • Think how many innocent people never got to see freedom.

  • Did that judge say Congratulation?for what?for spending 35 precious Years in jail? Or for the rasism demonstrated on him?

Suppose the right criminal is dead let them get the policeman ,judge and the vitim to serve another 35yrs in jail.

  • look young, for an old man

  • Is the accuser known to the public?, I bet he feels like crap which he should for taking a mans life from him, he was in Prison during his prime years thanks to the stupid accuser and the corrupt police

  • No matter how much people who represent the Judicial sistem justified themself , to Jimmy has to be paid at least $ 5.000.000 dollars.

  • I love this humble man! ...... His values: God and his Mother.......GOD BLESS HIM! He needs to sail away on a yacht and sip Pina Coladas!

  • @111pattycakes value god? umm yeah god let him be in jail for 35 years for something he aint do ok lets thank god a?

  • @DaGamerChannel

Hi.... You will need to take it up with Mr. Bain.... as he attributes his freedom to God. More DISTURBING is the State of the Current Justice System which appears to be BIASED against the black race... (and nobody needs to call me a racist...because I am white). Are we REALLY Innocent until proven GUILTY? I think that we are GUILTY until proven innocent....SHAME ON AMERICAN JUSTICE! ...Does anyone know if Mr. Bain has received any MONEY yet from this corrupt Justice System?

  • @111pattycakes no way. he needs to sail away with a pound of the finest herb

  • @111pattycakes He probably will in heaven one day:)

The world is just sad no matter where you live:) But i'm happy anyways.

I wish i can have half the strength this man has:)¨´´´

    Bless Jimmy Bain

  • he was given 1.75 million supposedly, which is still not worth 35 years of incarceration

  • Congrats to him but he should def be given some money from tht stupid government

  • The look on his face at 0:47 when the judge says that he is not conected to the crime is priceless. he is like "I TOLD YOU I WAS INNOCENT"

  • welcome to the USA where the law and the government is so fucked like no other

  • Sad, but USA have to be very careful not to overtake USSR

  • @joebang253

    AGREED!

  • @joebang253 Well im sure there are much more corrupt governments out there.

  • He has such a sweet spirit. Unbelievable! Thank God he's free and his mom is still alive to see it.
