I've discovered this today too, i think it happens when you lift up to the sealing then crouch and your head gets stuck in it or whatever but the floating effect from that blue field still affects you. I've completed 2 missions with this glitch so far.. lol.

I've found that it works on nearly all funnels, as long as you follow these steps.

1. Don't jump into a funnel. Just walk or fall. I couldnt make it work with a jump

2. Crouch and you'll hear that sound thats like the sound of going underwater

3. Hold for a few seconds. The longer, the higher you'll float

4. Release crouch. You should uncrouch and hear that sound again. If you don't it won't work. Don't know why, but if you do it'll work everytime

That's what I've found so far. Anyone else?

Confirmed working on PS3 with nothing else than a Portal open with the Gravity Funnel. Out of bounds confirmed without Peek-A-Portal (Flipshot), also confirmed working for navigating in the air. Releasing crouch will cancel the effect for some reason

Most important part is "Once you are fully crouched and the button ****fully depressed****, press jump while still holding crouch.".

A bizarre glitch happened to me in co-op once; it was the last chamber in course 4 where one player needed to portal the bridge and the other the funnel, and my partner (with the bridge) accidentally placed the wrong portal after riding my funnel and being sandwiched by me and the wall, so he suicided using a bound kill key and was suddenly immune to gravity when he respawned in a similar way to this video. We tried and failed to reproduce it later. Could it have been triggered by him crouching?

Wooot it worked for me, u have to press jump in the blue thingy, not when ur getting out -> so crouch till ur maximum depressed, and then just press space without moving, just in the normal crouch and then u can float, worked for me on the 5th try. he isnt lying

BTW: It works, but not like he writes. You need to push the button,crouch and JUMP immedietely, not after you push it. Didnt work for me when jumping after the button was pressed, but it did when i jumped immediately after crouching.
