im a filipino im asian and for me i just a white and speak english i called them americans because they have no remarks if it is european american canadian mexican so on and so fort bcoz the skin of canadian as white is same as american and in england an ireland europian and spanish as well for as a vise versa white person call as asian even though im a filipino they did not specify us as a vietnamese indonesian malaysian filipino but white most call as asian not the name of our country okay

I am a Chinese-Filipino. For the caucasians they cannot tell which is which even from themselves. unlike us Asisan we know what a Chinese, Japanese, Koreans, Filipino, Malays, Vietnamese.. etc lookes like. Understand them on the lack of skills on how to distinguish people. - just taken from the common line "you ol look a like."

that is a common joking line, very few of us actually say that. Do you realize that when you say "for the caucasians they cannot tell which is which", you are saying that we think Asians are all the same but yet at the same time, this implies that we are all the same? Some of us can tell the differences between Asians. Though we have moved around so much and borders have changed so often throughout our history that we are difficult to distinguish.
