I don't know why, but I guess I seem to like this Specter the best, he certainly strikes the cartoony villian role well. Even though it was a rather dramtic change from the first game.

I found way to get jackets without money go to hide and seek forest and go into the cottage there will be a big basket jump in it and get a jacket keep escaping and going back and get lots of jackets this helps a lot with specter hoped this helped

Angryfaic. The first ape escape was when I liked specter best. He was sadistic, plotting, highly intelligent, intimidating, and difficult to beat. It was a thrill to listen to his evil rants on how he was betrayed by mankind. Then he got progressively more cartoony, whiney, blundering, and overall annoying to make him more a 'kid friendly' character. R.I.P. Original specter. R.I.P.
