Hi Stormranger6, Good Video. The range allowed by the FCC for 72 MHz is about 2,500 ft transmission range. At that range you need at least a 72 inch wing span to see the aircraft. And you will need a stable aircraft . A glider with a good thermal can go to 13,000 legally. That is Indian territory. 007Wingman.
very interesting information, but isnt the ranger dependent on other factors? such as interference/ LOS and battery power?what you color scheme do you use to help you get a good visual orientation on your aircraft? im looking forward to seeing more of your flight cam footage. and as far as indian territory, we wouldnt want to get the spirit horse all riled up now do we?
Send it to me. ill take it. I just took my cub out today (crapy ny weather) and i stalled. did a nose dive into the lake. But hey, theres a reason why i put floats on it.
There was some radio problems, I dont know if its because of a low battery or something else. If you crash it beyond repair then there is no point :P And I currently dont have alot of RCs. Only one operating is my super cub. But in the summer i do boats. Soon ill have my nitro.
Nice vid. I like the NASA comm effects in the background.

sorry billy. yeah these few days have been bad for any kind of flying. did you cubbie survived? electronics? any combat footage?
as far as the V2, im trying to learn to fly it but i havent had much time to practice. you can have it if i crash it beyond repair. :)
i need to get hot and practice.
