I just got a YJ 5x5, and i think its more awesome than the v5. its just like the v5 but without the clicking mech and you can tension it.

Now I want to practice 5x5 more... But it's like midnight on a school night, my 5x5 sucks (rubiks brand for the loss) and I avg like 7-8 minutes. Not to mention that it's too damn dark to cube and if I turn on any light other than my phone my mom will wake up and get pissed. She's like the lightest sleeper evar. Like if the thermostat is on 79, it's too cold for her to sleep, and if it's on 81, it's too hot.

@esquimalt1 im getting a maru 4x4 and a ghosthand 2x2 soon, like this weekend. im also thinking of getting a stackmat. My friend has a v cube 5 and i like it, but i dont know if its worth the 35$ from amazon. besides, the maru is like 25$ anyway, a bit pricey in my opinion, and i need a 4x4 more than i need a 5x5. my rubik's brand is missing an edge piece, and im 95% sure i vacuumed up the other piece because it popped in my car once :P

Reduction method (Centers, Edges, 3x3) Since the v cubes don't have screws you cannot adjust them.

It varies, some come very smooth some come a bit tight and need working in, and some may be over lubricated like this one xD I cleaned this one our a bit so I don't over turn as much.

So long as the plastic does not wear off, then the v-cube can be still used, though it has rivots, cuz i believe you can make it less looser,by increasing tension.
