Movie I saw in the 80's similar to this. Can only think of snapshots of film maybe you can help me out.

1) Rats were in it (not main focus but were in it)

2) Believe there was a necklace or chain some guy had with 3 bolts on it, think they were bolts

3) Some guy got impaled near the end of the film from some other dude pushing him onto a post (not falling on, but pushed into it)

4) Some guy had an eye patch.

@turboteabag08 I can't find the title but from what you have describe i remember a movie about the post-apoc, in which all women had become stirle, but 1 young girl could still reproduce and 1 man was on a mission to find her and bring her to the last advanced society to take her out to space.  The guy with the eye patch was a cyborg, the one who was impaled was a midgit who killed himself to deny the enemy the location of the girl. I hope this helps.

@thalstead7 You are correct sir, the movie it's called "2019: After The Fall of New York". Got some of the facts wrong, some dude got impaled in the beginning of the film. For some reason thought it was the guy with the eye patch getting impaled at the end of the film. But thanks for the reply, check it out it's pretty good. Can actually watch it on YouTube.

I cannot believe that 22 years have passed since I first saw this movie!!! I was a wee lad when I did...I still like it after all this time! It might not be Mad Max, but the fights were cool, and it had Patrick Swayze, Lisa Niemi and Brion James (Hurahhhhh "Blade Runner")!
