nope ive never had a problem with them, ive heard people's stories, but i always get good customer service, my only issue one time was that they didnt have a wig in stock that i ordered and they didnt email me to tell me it was on back order, other then that, ive never had any problems
the blending is really well done

You blended it beautifully :) It looks very natural! I'm going to have to try using the flexi rods with my curly half wigs.
