I found a my childhood dreams in my head, you know what I thought? I thought that I'm not apart of this system, man! SO I THREW T ON THE GROUND! You think I'm stupid? Then can I borrow your phone? CUZ I'LL THROW IT ON THE GROUND!
I drink almost every weekend. Maybe I'm just retarded or whatever but I find myself being exactly the same person as you described yourself except the non-drinking part. BUT! (Maybe it's the environment I grew up in) I find drinking to be nice. I've seen it change people for the better and give them a more outgoing personality. For some it goes the other way around, sure. I'm a shy person to talk to when strangers emerge but give me some sweet beer and I find myself being able to talk and...
@Ulrico1992 I suppose that makes sense, if done in moderation. But anesthetizing yourself to talk more openly isn't the right way, you grow a dependency, and weaken your ability to talk openly without it. I feel like commentary did the opposite to me. Talking openly makes it easier to do that, and now it comes naturally in any situation.
Going back to being a child? HELL NO. :P I look back at that time like I was not even the same person, merely a 'robot' following generally the same patterns of daily life that anyone of that age would. I was always rather depressed when I was younger for some reason. It sounds weird, but I feel like I never really became a human being until I became old enough to understand things. Other people's childhoods may have been great, but I feel mine was mediocre. Probably due to the depression thing.
I only played Bastion for a few hours, but I still loved it. I plan on going back to it after my schedule settles down a bit.
RE: Classy
I had a beer and a Coke&Captain (two different nights) when I went to Germany a couple years ago because I was of age. I only had one of each, just to get the taste. Beer, not my thing. Coke&Captain, much better. But moderation is the key. There's drinking alchol to get drunk and then there's drinking a beverage for the taste.

Whoops, I hate iPad typing. You should play through it. The writing of this game is some of the best I've ever seen.

RE: Reliving childhood
Given the chance, I would definitely do it. If only for the sheer amount of free time and adventure.
