kikongwe means a very old person, he is saying "i love you bibi kikongwe" and that can be loosely translated to "i love you, a very old lady"..nakupenda means i love you

she is using ugolo(tobacco), if you pay attention, you will see she puts it in and then put a little plastic cup on the table(they usually put tobacco in those cups in tz(atleast the ones i have seen using tobacco) ..the song is from tanzania(east africa) and the language is swahili
