Because the American building a tunnel from Miami to Haiti, Jamaica and few other countries in the Caribbean. Why this never in news??? Why the American and Haitian citizens never have thus information?? Please go to Google.com put (Florida-Haiti Interstate Tunnel) do the search. They call it Highway I-95U. The tunnel will be done early 2011….
