I say you have talent. And yeah maybe your voice doesn't fit the picture-perfect pitch of the song, but a true artist makes a song their own no matter how known said song is. So in my opinion this is original, and all your own.

hmm,i've seen other videos from you which are not bad but this cover is bad: your voice isn't powerful enough, it is too weak in the bass and treble, you haven't got the voice to sing gavin degraw. Besides your guitar arrangement makes the song sounds repetitive. So maybe I'm the only one who don't like this cover but that's what I think ;)

I think you have to take into account the fact that this isn't a professional recording. It's an amateur recording so you can't expect the balance, or overall quality to be very good at all.

Having said that, the vocal does need a bit more projection, but that could easily be corrected a fair bit with proper recording techniques.

One of the better acoustic versions of this song that I've heard, though. I'm trying to find a good piano/vocal cover of this, I wish Gavin DeGraw would do one!
