  • There is a good place to get Colloidal Silver Wholesale at SacredColloidalSilver(.)com They have 1 Gallon for only $99.99. The product is awesome and is getting great reviews. They don't use any salts or proteins just pure silver and pure water.

  • Sen "Assley" is another lying REPUBE sack of s%$T.

The big Health Insurance companies have their hands deeply and thoroughly up his wrinkled bunghole.

This liar has the nerve to repeat idiot Sarah Palin's LIES about "Government Death Panels" at public town halls.

A clear and utter LIE. This tool knows he can get away with it, because most of the fools at his town hall are brain dead conservatives who will believe ANY crap tossed at them by their so-called leader and Faux News.

  • Keep yoour hands off healthcare to DC PIGS!

  • What do you think about this, charity, is not a humane way of providing, in the sense that the person receiving the charity doesn't feel good about it. They can learn to accept it of course when they accept that it's not their fault that they need it. But (for example) Black people to take charity from Whites to make them whole, in this disadvantaged project of America, is not as self esteeming as receiving back pay, in the form of affirmative action. see part 2

  • part 2: As regards healthcare The amount of people in this country that NEED, far outweigh the amount that want and are able to give. How would you feel to know you had to wait for someone to feel charitable before you could go to the doctor? Government should do whatever we set it up to do, and when we want to change it, it should do that too. We can not have life, liberty or pursue happiness if we are not healthy.

  • The government DOES treat us in groups when it hurts us, why not to help us?

Morals is a loaded word. I know it is wrong to steal. And when people have been stealing for hundreds f years and then get caught, they have a whole lot of payback. WE the POOR may never be rich, at least we could have decent lives if we could have healthcare, education, justice, and could vote our choice. PROFITS should not be in these relationships

  • Charity would not be necessary, if every person was paid what their job was worth. Had that been the case from 1300 on (on this continent at least) we wouldn't have that great a need for charity. But the profiteers, saw fit to cheat people and enslave people. Everything that they gained and created from those systems, caused poverty. Therefore I lose no sleep, requiring that their descendants pay for fixing things. They could volunteer to be enslaved until we catch up to them.

  • Have you ever had a problem more serious than penicillin?

All single -payer means is that we alll chip in to pay for it. And no one is trying to make a profit out of it. That makes it cheaper.

Frontin' means "putting on a front" pretending, exaagerating your good qualities.

what's so bad about being social? Just because we're social about some things doesn't mean the precious capitalism will go away entirely.

  • Get the insurance companies OUT of my pocket!!! HR676. Get them out of your pockets too congress!!!

I've seen the donations they've made to you.

    CLEAN and FAIR elections!!!

  • Sen. Grassley:

We need a single payer system that guarantees health care for all.

    Vote for S 703.

In the House, HR 676. It's time to remove the insurance salesmen from health care.

  • I think we really need to offer a government option and need to reform medical malpractice. Tort reform is essential. Defensive medicine accounts for 20% of medical costs. Health care must include a public option, let people choose from private and public plans. Medical insurance should be required.

  • Rewrite antitrust leglislation to allow doctors to negiotate as group to bring down healthcare costs, and abolish medicare and medicaid. In return, the lowest 20% income earnerand senoirs should have thier private insurande subdisied. Do not allow public option in the heatlhcare bill.

  • Health care in this country is expensive due to malpractice rate for doctors ,their all performing legal not medical decisions. In Canada you might have to drive fifty miles to a convience store .That argument is lame with how far away the closest MIR is . compare mortality rates .When you live without teeth ,glasses and hearing aids why spend millions to save mom. .People who think our care is great work for the goverment .Not a company. that fires the ill . They are waking up in a recession

  • Most health care is paid by the tax payer though medicare or medicade and most with good coverage people work for the goverment thats over 50 % in NJ. PRIVATE SECTOR PEOPLE THINK THEY HAVE COVERAGE UNTIL THEY GET SICK THEN COMES BANKRUPTCY .LETS FACE HEALTH COVERAGE IS ONLY FOR THE WORKING HEALTHY NOT THE SICK. I SAY GET RID OF MALPRACTICE SUITS .GET RID THE INSURANCE COMPANY .HOLD DOCTORS ACCOUNTABLE BUT NOT BY LAWSUITS .REMEMBER 75% OF OF ALL HEALTH COST IS SPENT ON THE LAST FIVE DAYS OF .

  • Access to health care is a basic right just as access to education. Everyone should have access to basic healthcare services as part of our basic services. It should be funded by taxes just as education and law enforcement, and national defense is funded. If someone wants to pay for enhanced access that should be their option.

The best way to bring down costs is to focus on prevention and reducing costly emergency room visits by those without any other access.

  • I understand the need for healthcare with the rates of insurance, prescriptions, and medical physicians. However, making our health as equivocal as a free client is not the answer. Splicing out drugs to has a standard low cost rate for prescriptions. Also, I think health insurance should not be thought of as a burden. The citizen's health is not a fundamental right given all of the negative aspect some people intake like cigarettes, high fat foods, or even negligence, unfortunately.

  • In England there is financial incentive to the doctor to convince their patients to be more healthy.

  • We shouldn't socialize healthcare. We need to keep healthcare competitive and stay true to our capitalist roots.

  • We have the GREATEST healthcare system in the entire world!

So much so, that when Natasha Richardson needed treatment, THEY LEFT CANADA, and came HERE!

  • They brought her home to die... not to save. There is a difference.

  • She is FROM CANADA.

They brought her to the US because Canada's health care FAILED HER.

By the time they got her here, it was too late.

If Canada's health care was up to par with the US, they would have saved her life.

    CANADA'S HEALTH CARE FAILED HER.

  • How do you know she's from Canada, was she your neighbor? Why are several of your words uppercase? Aren't prescription drugs from Canada cheaper? Isn't she still alive?

  • Please do some research.

  • She was born in London & has an estate in New York City. They brought her there to be closer to her home. Not saying Canada's health care is better because I do think America has the best, no doubt that I agree with MrBillTroop73. Just saying the information of her origin was incorrect.

  • Healthcare reform is not a political issue, but addresses the need to stop the suffering and exploitation of the American people at the hands of heath care insurance companies. Every day the United States stalls on following a Canadian, British, Cuban, French style health care system, more Americans are murdered by insurance companies. How many Americans will be bankrupted or allowed to die today as a result of this cruel and inhumane system?

  • loool representitive goverenment he says??? hahaha whos he representing wall street or the banks ... or perhaps the coporate giants =p .. i sure know hes not representing the american people

  • The best thing the Federal Government can do for the health care system is to make it more difficult to sue doctors and hospitals.

The insurance that doctors and hospitals need drives health care cost up dramatically. With everyone so sue happy in this country, it needs to be more difficult.

  • At college on of the proffessors had the theory of getting rid of all insurance. His reason is hospitals wouldn't be able to charge the prices they do for treatments. If everyone has insurance they will charge an arm and a leg, and eventually the premiums for said insurance would be just as impossible to pay as not having the insurance.

Differant suggestion: some sort of fee based system cheap for 10 minute visit, reasonble interest free charge that you pay off over months/years

  • more difficult treatments for would obvious cost more money.

those with long term illness: insurance can be saved for them

  • Haha I love that kid at 1:41.

  • We're ALL saying we are unable to take care of ourselves with this system. And that's because what's offered is unaffordable. When I worked for NYC we had a huge collective bargaining group and got very low rates, and 20 insurances to choose from. Now how does one choose through all that medical speak?

  • ojmardueno, Sorry, I guess I got the wrong idea that you are a Socialist Commie just because of everything you said. Share the pie equally? Total socialism! Just like socialized health care would be. You're totally anti-capitalist anti-USA and it shows. Perhaps with your boy obamama in there you will get what you want. Or perhaps not.

  • ronincolorado, I am anti-capitalism, but I'm not anti-USA, I am an American after all.

So what you're saying is that you want more than your fair share?

Let me ask you, did you like the idea that the AIG executives get those bonuses when there company is going down the toilet?

Do you like the idea that hundreds of thousands of people are losing their jobs while the top executives are keeping their jobs and pays and even getting bonuses?

    Cause all that is capitalism.

  • If I work harder and invest more for my fair share then yes I want more. I sure don't like the idea of 'share the wealth' I was mad as everyone else about the AIG execs. getting their bonus until I learned the facts, now I'm ok with it. I don't like any of this bailout bullshit. All these companies should be at the mercy of Capitalism and go bye bye.

  • The Native Americans were socialists and it seems when whites had spent much time with them, they chose not to return, but no native ever chose to live the way of the whites.

They beat their poor impoverished children and raped their women. and then called them lazy, ingrates. People would write back to England saying don't come to America, it's as bad here if not worse.

  • ronincolorado, I have a correction to make, I am not anti- capitalism. I misspoke.

I do believe in being able to own my own house and my car or cars and having enough to live a good life.

But, how many houses or cars or any material that we can buy before we say "I have more than my fair share, let others have their fair share too"?

  • well,I just read an account of the life and times of the colonists supposedly when capitalism was taking root and bursting forth. And according to that account. Thousands of people were in servitude(not counting slavery) and when that was over prior to the laws changing they were left with nothing and soon became beggars, while land owners became wealthy and ran for office, some banded together and revolted, one I remember was named the Bacon rebellion. Howard Zinn: Peoples History.

  • HarryNRubin, with the system we have today, somebody else is controlling your well being, and that somebody else are persons that make profit by charging you money and/or denying you treatment.

The more they want to make, the more they charge you, or worse, they just deny your healthcare claim.

You think because you have healthcare insurance, either from work or you pay for it yourself you are completely covered?

Wait till you get sick, and they deny your healthcare claim.

  • why do you think the government will control your well being with single payer? why do you prefer the insurance claims agent to control your well being?

And if you're sick long enough to lose your job, what happens to your insurance then?

  • semantics
