Use your authority as the top executive of a soveriegn state. Order the state militia/national guard to take control of the water pumps at the San Francisco delta and pump water to the central valley. If I were you farmers in California, I would take some of the stupid delta smelt fish to a fish hatchery, and in a few months they will produce smelt by the metric ton!! Making more smelt is not hard!!

I would take dump truck loads of smelt and dump them in the environmentalists front lawn! They want smelt, force-feed smelt to them until they puke!!

Most of the worlds food supply outside of USA production is in the control of one company. If they stop food production in these areas where a huge percentage of our crops come from we will be forced to import. environmentalists want to turn us back into the wilderness, animals and nature over humans. If they are in league with one worlders this is a good way to start controling everything.
