Yeah there's a way to do this glitch without old school mode, it's all called the homebrew channel with gecko os ^.^ (IF you delete the message you are just proving to everyone what a noob you are ^.^

He uses the elevator glitch on the back of the building and then a c-4 jump up on to the top. You cant do this glitch on Hardcore. That is were the true players play......!
