@cely0303 Jack was a Congressman but he was shot and killed during a store robbery, and Bobby who at the time was a minister, stepped in to fill in Jack's congress seat. Then later decided to run for President. So in the end, Bobby became President. But he always said in his darkest/hardest time in office "that the wrong brother became President"

i read an article just the past week about this series. it was categorized as one of the short-lived series obviously because of its 1season airing. and the main reason is that the show just can't garner much audience against its competing shows on other network on its timeslot. its airing was same with american idol's result night. that alone killed its chances in audience share. poor show, critics all agree that it was one of the bests but ratings, again, became the biggest factor.

it's just too bad though. this was a very well-written program. it was TV with brains which isn't seen much now days.

This is awesome. I really enjoyed this show. I couldn't wait for it to come on. I remember that the WB would do a reairing on Sundays at 7:00 before 7th Heaven and I would watch it again.

Really was a great show with great writing and acting.
