I saw it at that event. In fact it had O.V.S Bulleid on one side and Blackmoor Vale on the other. The day I went was the day Penydarren lost it's wheel.

They rename it every year around the time of Bulleid's death or summat because its the onyl bulleid pacific in its original livery
