When EMS came to my house for my elderly father, I had to ask one of them to get out of my underwear drawer. They said they had the same right to search that police have. I said you need probable cause, just like police and GET OUT OF MY UNDERWEAR DRAWER. They said they were looking for drugs. I was over 50 yo at the time and have never done drugs.
