D: It's so beautiful for the PS2 and the Wii, but no, they have to choose the most pixeley game thing out there to put the sequel on ;A;...I WANT ANOTHER ONE WITH AMMY AND ISSUN AND WAKA ON IT.... Like OKAMI: Ambush on the Yamato.. Something kind of like, Waka and Ammy get ambushed by every single boss that Ammy fought in the past, taken to a new, even m,ore powerful boss... And they could have someone like Oki or a new Okami save them.. It would be soo cool <3

See, Im VERY skeptical about this. DS's arent generaly renowned for being "great gaming machines". Theyre more geared towards things like Braintraining, Nintendogs, Professor Layton etc. Im willing to give this game a go, but i cant say i hold my hopes very high. Now if it had been released on PS3, then that would be a COMPLETELY different story...

@Rudahn I agree, it would have been a much smarter move to release a sequel a either Wii or ps3, maybe even xbox. This game isn't going to be huge like the first one, but Im willing to give this game a shot, after all it's Okami :D

The markings look WAY to simlilar to Amaterasu... And Ammys and Shiranuis were different so I think Chibi is just the reincanation of Ammy

Okami 大神 means the great god(or goddess) and it 's the similar sound to

the word that means a wolf in Japanese

(Okami 狼）.

Besides, Amaterasu 's full name is

Amaterasu OmikamI(天照大神 omikami is a politer expresson than okami） that literally means "the great goddess who shines the sky"
