Did you register for the warranty?

You should turn it in for a new one.

Go to iso internationals web site for the return and warranty information. It is isobeauty(dot)com then just click on the warranty link!

If you have registered for the warranty, you just follow the instructions on their warranty page to exchange it for a new one!
