@uninterestingentity in which case the AA should have been auto programmed into the game, since the Ps3 never needed or has one, this was a bad port, porting has nothing to do with the "difficulty" of programming, thats just an excuse just because its hard, doesn't make it impossible, and its pure speculation
In any case, both were bad ports (though Bayonetta takes the price for most lazily ported game ever) and deserved better. Four year old hardware that is still 'hard to develop for' is a laughable concept in itself.

That is because Sega and most companies say its too pricy and difficult to port a game for ps3 due to its 8x running material graphic engine compared to 3x xbox. Meaning ps3 has more pottential but little companies make a good port for ps3 . Examples are MGS4 GOW3 etc.

i got this game on ps3 the other day and at first i have to admit i didnt really like it, but its really grown on me now and i actually love it! i dont think its better than god of war 3 (yet) but we'll see when ive finished bayonetta which of the two come out on top

ps3 has less developer support because games are so damn hard to make on it because of this "epic" blueray, and less dlc and online features because of the lack of a monthly fee. Xbox gets GTA, fallout, etc dlc months before ps3.

I hope that it does come out for the PC. If you dont like the key mapping then use a gamepad. Both the X-Box 360 controller for Windows or the PS2 controller with a USB adapter would do nicely. Besides, Devil May Cry 4 for the PC was smooth and had better resolution, whats not to like about a PC port?
no difference where i see it... i own a ps3 and i have played the game... loading wasnt a problem for me... Framerate was a little lower but other wise... not much of a difference

Why did rockstar have to made GTA 4 and red dead redemption NATIVE 640p instead of 720p on the 360?
Why does the PS3 version of Fallout 3 look so ugly (even playstation magazine said so) compared to the 360 version?

PS3 has a superior processor to the Xbox360, in computer standards the PS3 is more powerful.
Oddly enough making multiplatform games is usually made on Xbox360 for what ever reason
PS3 is 720p NATIVE and 1080p for GTA4, but only 640 for Xbox360 for what ever reason
