@lordvader139 I fly them too. It shakes because it was my very first helicopter, check out my other video, there is one that doesn't shake at all.

What is the swash plate for? is it jsut to stabalise the heli or to move it around?

It controls blades' relative pitch, so the thrust distribution changes and the heli tilts.

Also, yes, it adds some stabilization - gyroscopic effect affects the plate and it rotates the blades to slow down heli's pitch and roll motion.
