as for the comment from l1998; he is right. bounty hunters and/or bondsmen are not required to have a warrant. but, they must verify that their fugitive is present first. but, once you put hand cuffs on someone or prevent them from leaving you are by law arresting them. you hand cuff that girl. here in Tulsa in the last 3 months of our crack down on FRA we have arrest over 8 FRA for false arrest, carrying firearms unlawfully, assault & breaking/entring. OKC needs to crack down also.

This is the problem here in Oklahoma: too many people not knowing all the laws regarding this industry. People like you speak out in what you think is helping but truly it's just casting judgement with limited knowledge, per your comments. We are all for making this state regulate and govern bounty hunters.
Lastly, don't watch a video that is created for entertainment on Youtube, even if it is reality based, and think you know about bounty hunting or a group of bounty hunters. There are laws that govern what we post and I don't care to educate in this area as there isn't a desire to nor time or room. Yep they are Bounty Hunters, the jackoff missed his court date and are authorized to arrest on behalf on power of attorney of the Bondsman. You might be thinking of ARREST WARRANT which is a writ issued by a judicial official (as a magistrate) authorizing an officer (as a sheriff) to perform a specified act required for the administration of justice. However neither one of these apply to a BOUNTY HUNTER.
JetSet once you are arrested and have made bail you must show up for court. If you do not, these guys come over for a tea party. See the law does work both ways. I know I wuld cry like a beeyotch if you came for me.
