@HipHopRepresenter I don't know about the best but he's definitely up there with the greatest. He's got such great flow and lyrics. People say Lil Wayne is the greatest lyricist but obviously he's not. I'd say Nas and Mos Def definitely are in the top 10. Keepin it real
