  • your good looking- im 47 here is a motivation for women- if you have fat on your body- you can get muscle- it's the super naturally skinny people who don't very well build muscle. us fat padded ones can. the trick is -no trick. eat very little and burn. but- if you have fat- WE are stronger- fat is storage for extreme survival- don't hate it just shrink it for the time being!

  • @BCpochicho you should focus on the moves they do...normally its the pushup, situp, pull ups and the mile run... so lets build a plan around that. Most of my clips use those moves as the foundation to build real muscle strength. So try the advanced special forces clip part 2....if too tough...try the week 5 cardio...or try any of the monthly challenge clips...ok?~ahmad

  • @outdoorsg33k do your daily cardio... intensely without fail...and begin reducing the bread, rice, and pasta, and increase your fruits and veggies...AND MOST important protein... I have several clips here for those areas...spend some time looking through the playlist...ok?~ahmad

  • Hey, i have been workin out for a while now, and i just cant seem to see any results. Right now im focusing on my abs and pecs, but im unsure of exactly what to do when it comes to the right exercises because i've heard different things from a lot of people, so do you have any advice on what i can do to build those parts?

  • Hey I'm a young actor who wants to take his game to the next level, and I have been told so by my agent that in order to get those big parts I should work on getting a six pack. I hae been doing the p90x program for a while now but it isn't helping my hip and lower abs. Could u recomend some diet plans or excersizes?

  • @TheJessicaWoods Hi!! To achieve that goal you will need to do a combo of a few key things. To get your body to it's genetic healthy potential...we have to find out your balance...meaning how much exercise vs. food intake.... so for now, I would suggest spending 10-15 mins using any of my thigh/glute clips...and then spend the remaining 45 mins...kicking your butt with my week 1-12 cardio clips...pre-load them so your rest time is almost zero...add me on facebook: ahmad baari

  • i jus recently started dancing (which is now my passion lol) and now im tryin to lose some of the fat around my stomach, back, and thigh area but my problem is that i tend to snack a lot. im about 5ft 7in tall, my age is 17 (in like 2 months) and i weigh (i'd hate to mention) about 172 lbs and i was wondering if u would be willing to help me a little

  • @ShaiLa829 the good thing about your snacking is that it's a habit. Most people I have to force to snack. So your next step buddy is to find the healthiest alternative to your favorite snack. Here's help: look for foods with lower than 2.5 g of SATURATED FAT... make sure to read the number by the word sat. fat...and not just at the top by fat.   • @elitecrimson there is always room for improvement with eating and exercise. Lets try to reduce your starchy carbs and replace them with strictly fruits and veggies...fibrous carbs. Also lets begin increasing the intensity of your cardio...try to run faster miles...it will work...~ahmad

  • Different workout. The Yoga Salute to the Sun has you stretch your legs out more, go down and then look all the way up to the ceiling and then you hold it with your arms getting straightening.

  • Yes you both are right. I say workout on an empty stomach when you are doing your cardio, because you want to get your body into burning adipose tissue as quickly as possible. If you eat, your body will use that food and the sugar floating in your blood for fuel/energy. This science is so simple..we just have to stay consistent with it.

  • I workout before bed as well, it is simply the most convenient time for me, plus while I find working out wakes me up, it doesn't keep me awake.

    looking at ahmad's 'lesson' clips, he seems to suggest you work out on an empty stomach. but i'd say working out when it is most convenient is generally better than not working out at all.

  • Hey Kieranbarnes95.......I do my workout in the morning. Ahmad suggests that you workout on an empty stomach and then wait for an hour after working out to eat. So the best time for me is first thing in the morning.

  • stick with the easy cardio and go though the weeks...you will see your strength increase over time...be patient...my clips are for various levels....

  • wide range push ups and the bench. gets your chest the tightest and best lloking

  • The best thing with chest I have found is to always keep it guessing... so throwing in various moves every so often creates the needed stimulation necessary for maximum growth.

    Everything is everything, I guess. While I'm progressing its not at a pace I'm accustom to. Less motivation, giving up, esteem, too comfortable, I wish I knew what it is so I can nail this.

  • I just got back from cali after a month, my great grandmother died while I was there. The last tihng on my mind was exercise, so I think I may have put on a few pounds. I will get it together next week, I just started a new semester @ school so I have to get in the groove of that before anything else. I have all my fruits, veggies and the food I eat. I have a race to run in July and I am still having problems with my knee, but I know that I will be ok. Thanks for the inquiry.
