I just want to say I feel for you, I know that fatigue too well. Just take it easy and be easy on yourself. Eat better for sure, but don't push yourself too much with the bike. My motivational advice to you is ... Baby steps girl and you ll get there. Good luck and gentle hugs.
my grandma also has fibromyalgia and i do know from her struggles how painful it is. the best thing you can do is make yourself ride the bike as often as possible.maybe10 minutes 3 times a day. then focus on the eating.are you counting calories?do you plan your meals in advance?how do you keep your spirits up? a positive mental attitude with tiredness and pain is a MUST. otherwise i can see this being a circle type event that never ends. I am going to be watching you. i wish you all the best!
