If you arrive in T1 and have a connecting flight in T2, do you have to go up to the 3rd floor... coz I read the floorplan map it says departure is on 3rd floor while arrival is on 2nd floor. Plz, reply as I really need this info.
Is it necessary that you go to a transfer counter ? if you already have a boarding pass ?
I've been to Taipei before, this is just a Monorail as I observed the rail and electrical system when I was there, I rode it twice, let's just say it's a 2 carraige articulated train with air conditioning and longitudinal seats. And it's entirely computer controlled, so there is no driver unlike Sydney Monorail.
