thats exactly what i do, but im not bulking im cutting so i do cardio on the days in between....but it works great when you workout push muscles one day, then legs, and pull muscles !

Hey Twins, I started working out about a year ago and went from 155-175 in about 5 months. Then I plateued and thought I had to workout more then learned about 3 day splits and turned to a 3 day whole body workout and have made it to 186lbs but i am starting to wear out. Do you guys think the your push,legs and pull workout might be better and not wear me out as much?

My routine: Monday-Chest/triceps, Tuesday-Back/Biceps, Wednesday-Shoulders, Thursday-Legs,Friday-rest or repeat you get 3-4 days of rest for each muscle group. This works for me and my friend. but i like the 3 day split also

Sunday: Rest (Jog 3~ Miles)

hey im not sure how much emphasis u guys put on stretching , but as i understand it being very important to prevent injury and even help to repair and gain size and was wondering if you guys could do a video on how you stretch and maybe do a little research on how often it should be done and how long and what common stretches are good and wich ones are bad

My routine: Monday-Chest/triceps, Tuesday-Back/Biceps, Wednesday-Shoulders, Thursday-Legs,Friday-rest or repeat you get 3-4 days of rest for each muscle group. This works for me and my friend. but i like the 3 day split also

This routine will never work! you need to be in the gym at least 2 hours and do 70-100 sets 5 days a week. then go home and take some BCA supplements. I live up the street from these two fools. they think they know it all! FUCK YOU GUYS I DO WHATEVER THE FUCK I WANT TO
