A job is a privilege not a natural human right. However governments who have been collecting taxes under penalty of fines or imprisonment, have an obligation to provide jobs, if they want a stable society. The alternative is all out anarchy and the complete breakdown of the rule of law. In such circumstances governments have no legitimacy & anything goes. One has every right to kill to survive and steal to feed themselves and their loved ones. We've just had a peak at the beginning of AMAGEDDON

If you can't budget so the out-goings is no greater than the household's income, then you are going backwards... In a democratic society, we get the opportunity to kick out bad managers, however with dictatorships you have no choice but to accept tyranny, uncertainty and fear... Which would you choose? Companies nowadays are ruled by dictators, who get all the money out of the back of the workers. If we want to keep companies and make them fair. We should make companies democratic if the companie makes more profit THANKS to the workers EVERYONE should benifit NOT just the top. This system already exists a form of democratic companies owned by every worker and NO boss. And equal pay for everyone.

Lock these people up... they don't own the jobs.. if the company and its investors loose all their moeny trying to pay wages for jobs that don't exist the people will loose their jobs anyway and they'll simply go get a job somewhere else... meanwhile the companies that created the jobs goes under?!? A story of an MNC company in India , mumbai. It is a pharmacy company. They have workers getting paid 750$ apprx per year. Someone who was a Sr H.R. was getting paid 24,444$ per year. This H.R. suggested his boss Sr. Most manager who was getting 1,77,777$ per year to raise the salary of these workers (1000+ employees) .That manager said to the HR "I am not going to raise their salary to get my pay cut. You got to handle them its your job". Manager getting paid to keep their wages low? Why ?

That's why all companies should be owned by locals and not by foreigners.

Also, the owners should be the actual labourers and profit should go to firms reserve and to the owners/labourers as a bonus.
