You see, garage inc. is composed to two cd's. The first cd featured new recorded covers which were recorded in '98, not '99. The second cd contained all of Metallica's b-sides released up to that point. Two of those b-sides were released as b-sides to the Creeping Death EP (which was released in '84) and on the '88 reissue of Kill Em All. Those two songs were Am I Evil? and Blitkrieg. Everything else on that second cd was recorded between the periods of '87 and '95.
