I regularly keep up with ZX10's and S1000RR because im 18 and my balls are the size of mellons in terms of being daring. Trust me, i can go alot faster round corners than you will allow yourself to believe, its easy to go fast round corners in a car, it takes a whole different skill set to match that on a bike, you're just not racing the right people.

I've done quite a bit of track work and the simple physics of it is there is more rubber on the road, hence more grip... and at least if you get it wrong in a car you have a lot lower chance of the paramedics finding different pieces of you across the road..

If you put GTR Engine on a GO-KART then it will easily beat any F1-F3 car. Or racing GTR on a straight road without turning bends. GTR will win.

GTR is only 450-500bhp (still can beat 700bhp cars) but if Japanese tune it to standard 800bhp will be the fastest Road car in the world even beating Bugatti Vernon 1003bhp.

Tuning a car does not make it automatically faster.

The GTR is a one lap hero but it eats its brakes and its tires due to its heavy weight. A porsche GT3 would kill it over the course of a 10 lap race for example. So don't overrate that car. Seriously.

The more power you get more dificult makes it "you dont simply get more power", you need to get tires, brakes, everyting in the car upgraded, the producer only gives you the most basic to drive youere car.

I am not a porsche or Nissan fan, (GM), but i think that if you use the gtr only for 1/4 mile, you are weisting all the efort that nissan have put in the car.
