  • Good video. Buying one for a Colt Detective Special.

  • Very simple and straight forward. Just the way I like gun videos. There are too many out there who spend the first three minutes of their half hour video talking about themselves... anyway do you have any recommendations as to which website would carry these, the nemesis pocket holster, and bianchi speed strips?

  • Are those the stock grips? Have you had any issues with them getting in the way of the speed loaders?

  • I'm getting those for my Ruger GP100. Thanks for the video.

  • Pretty slick, slick. My husband needs to see this - probably will buy a couple, for only 12.50 or so they look like a bargain. Thanks for the demo! Safariland should pay you! :-D

  • Thanks

  • por causa de videos como esse que loco aprende a usar arma e matar inocente como na escola do rj

  • Thats fast. I wanna buy one now

  • ma itte cosa bella!! oddeu oddeu!!!

  • That is actually the same loaders that came with my model 38 snubbie. But didnt know how it worked until now=) thx a bunch gunut4FMJ.

Ps. its a fun little revolver too shoot;)

  • Sweet I want one when I get my gun

  • i like this loader better than the jet loader or the twisting loader because this one you can put in the rounds press and drop rather than having to twist or push on the back of a big clunky jet loader

  • ahhh I dunno how you can stand a revolver without an external hammer I'd rather feel in control lol but then again there is the risk of dropping it and causing a misfire with the externals but me anyway could someone tell me what the fps of a .38 or 357 is? thanks

  • Thanks for this! I was looking into the basics of how a speed loader works, and this was a wonderfully to-the-point demonstration.

  • Thanks, just what I needed to know

  • Don't buy a HKS speed loader .Piece of shit

  • I like the Comp2's. They are a little larger.

  • Thanks for the video! I live in Chicago and now that the supreme court said we can own handguns (take that you left wing nuts), I'm trying to catch up on all these terms and stuff and never seen a speedloader before. =)

  • didyou have the hammer taken off?

  • is this the comp I or II??

  • i have always wondered how those things work, thanks!

  • Great vid

  • thanks grate help

  • Very useful. Thanks.

  • Did you do this vid on the floor???

  • @comunisttanpon Haha ueah it was the only way I could film it :)

  • Thanks for making this video. Helps a lot for a guy like me who's looking at buying them!

  • @nfgpunk The video isn't that great, but I put one up because I had a hard time finding reviews when I was looking to buy one. Hope it helped!

  • Sweet. I'll have to check those out. I use the HKS ones at the moment. Will these hold tight when thrown in a pocket with other crap??? Keys, knife, etc.

  • Sure will

  • that gun looks mean. nice vid...

  • It spring-loads the bullets into the chamber?

  • almost purchased the HKS, think I'll give Safari a shot first...will these work with the crimson grips???

  • damn that is nice, i just gt a little cheesyy one fr my 44 mag but its wobbly as hell, but i really like the press in feature

  • thanks for the preview.

  • racing...ha

  • I chose this over hks because it releases right into the cylinder when pressure is on the star.

  • Important note: the Safari JC7 speed loader does not work with the S&W 442 factory grips, the grip is just a little too fat. I put on some Hogue Rubber Bantam J frame Grips & now the speed loader works, still a little tight but at least it works now. Also the Hogue grips just feel better and a little stickier too. I plan to buy another one of these Safari Speed loaders, I like the auto release feature a lot.

  • Mine worked fine with the stock grips but it was a little tight. The hogue grips rock!

  • Damn, I didn't know it automatically released the lock. I'm surprised it doesn't cost more, because Safariland equipment is pretty pricey.

  • Yeah it is very fast and positive. I like them a lot. Price is nice also.. Yeah the price depends on the product. I have their raptor holster that costs around $110 or so and various other products. They make good equipment!

  • BLACKHAWK! is bad about prices, When I get their stuff I'll have my friend order it so I get the LEO discount, Gotta love Cop connections he is going to get my body armor too.

I like the 070 (I think thats it) with the Rock-back release, BEST holster I've ever worked with. Thats what he uses. He lets me play with his Duty rig. His rig weighs about 15-20lbs. though, it takes a bit of getting used to.

  • Yeah we can get some nice discounts. I have not seen that holster you speak of. I will have to check it out. I am currently very happy with my current safariland holster! Yeah, duty belts can get HEAVY for sure

  • I've always been using hks speedloaders because I was under the impression that you had to push the knob on the back to unload it so I figured just stick with the hks as its not much more difficult to operate and cheaper to boot, after seeing this though I may be sqitching them out.

  • I have liked them much better. They are also lower profile and you don't have the issue of dumping rounds in your pocket. The speed and simplicity of loading is their best feature. Not bad for maybe $1-2 over HKS

  • This vid ought to have more views. This is very nice and simple demo of a great system. I'll look for these the next time I'm in the store. Great job!

  • Thanks for the comment! I only posted this vid a couple of days ago. Whenever I am looking at buying something I search youtube to get demos or reviews. Since I really didn't find any for this product I decided to make my own for others who are looking at buying a speed loader.

  • I still have a year to go before I'm old enough to buy a gun, let alone a speed loader. It's funny, the government can draft us and send us off to war when we're 18 but we can't protect ourselves until we're 21. Still, that gives me plenty of time to do research.

  • Just so you know, i most states you only have to be 18 to own a pistol. You can legally buy them through a private transaction or receive one as a gilft.
