In beggining it looks like a a straight pipe or a test pipe, afterwards is the stock exhaust which has resonators before the muffler tips.

2 different cars, one at start has a single exhaust were as one at 0.43 has quadrople exhausts

They are both the same car, if you look at the tip all the way to the right, you can start to see the top of the tip directly next to it, its just not reflecting as much light.
