i highly doubt this man has Schizophrenia. i've been to his neighborhood and spoke with him, he seemed fine BUT highly eccentric. don't confuse extreme eccentricity with Schizophrenia.

He seems like a lovable, and kind person. Boisterous and eccentric yes but not irreverent. I would venture to say he is a God fearing, Holy man.
