yes, while aquaman indeed does talk to fish it is also worthy to know the guy has some sort of iron skin that came as a result of living on the bottom of the sea...also it seems the bottom of the sea gave him some strenght to go with that fact can be checked in various jla comics...tho if you ask me i dont know how you can get iron skin and superpowers from living at the bottom of the sea
