I couldn't see any evidence of any permaculture principles in practice. If you think that newspaper is an inherently 'permaculture' practice, then you are mistaken. I couldn't see any weeds that needed suppressing. I also would have expected some sort of thinking around locating the gardens near the homes and perhaps ways of harvesting rain water. Nevertheless, it is great that they are being given assistance with food security.
I hear about fertilizers and pesticides and see very little long term plants like nut and fruit trees? What kind of permaculture are you teaching here? Maybe the video is to short but you could put up edible vines up the walls of the school, plant long term trees as well. Good luck with the initiative.
