  • So poignant and beautiful, intelligence of the heart...wrapped up in the most delicious configuration of words! I could watch/listen to you all day! Hilary Scott

  • It was an honour to listen to your poems the other night. I feel your fingerprint in my ears. This is beautifully inspired, read and executed. I have done the only thing I know to do your work justice, and that is to share it with others. Rachel Michaels*Barrie, ON

  • Wow! Amazing stuff Katie!!

  • Beautiful in so many ways! Thanks for creating such a heartfelt and moving piece. Loved it!

  • Mark and Kate

I have a friend who is dealing with Alzheimers and your piece is frankly "too moving". I hope this does some good to those out there who are suffering as well as for those who love them. The work itself is excellent as usual. Congratulations.

  • Stirring work. Congrats. Mark and Kate. Perhaps if you add a paragraph to this page so the public knows more about the artists and the origins of the work. Thanks

  • Awesome... lovely reflection

  • One doesn't need to be stricken with Alzheimers to relate to this beautiful poetry and Mark Korven-Tony Duggan word Smithing.

    Bravo!

  • That is really wonderful. I love it.

  • This is absolutely stunning. Thank you!

  • Beautiful . Made me me cry.

  • Wonderful :)

  • Fantastic Katie - what a beautiful rendition of this always-moving poem. (My favourite line is "like tissue dissolved in a tub"). My grandmother had Alzheimers, my father is well on his way into it. This captures it with a haunting, aching beauty. Love the music too.

  • Soft, as a snowflake

    The voice and harpa blanket

    Bitter, the lemon

  • Congratulations to Mark and congratulations to Katie! This is a stirring and beautiful poem. The audio of Kate's voice is so focused and I love the cello music in the background! Many thanks!

  • Great poetry. The music is beautiful, however it is the Swedish nyckelharpa, not cello.
