  • your talking about a serious mass, theres going to be alot of carbs, alot of caries and average protein, so if your doing a review on wanting to gain weight your going to need carbs.. so i dont know why you say you want less carbs..

  • @BirdieBlues well it tastes like crap in general lol, its just a lot more smooth and less chunky in a blender since its so thick. And I've only tasted chocolate so I can't speak for any other flavor.

  • I use all the same supplements as you do except for the vitamins and creatine.

    SERIOUS MASS Chocolate taste like bad oatmeal and you have to stir that shyt with a sword. I just started using it so the verdict is still out, but I've already gained some weight.

    C4 is the shyt. I only use one scoop and then I go HAM. I've definitely gotten stronger and more focused, but I do crash hours later and feel weak when I cycle off.

    I've never used jack3d, and for creatine I use BSN Creature.

  • Hey man howz it going....I have been taking serious mass as you suggested and i have been gaining a few Pounds from it...But as for the Creatine,,,I Bought creatine monohydrate by GNC and its almost finished (the results were ok,,not that great)...So i wanted to know is Optimum nutrition micronized creatine any different in gaining strength and size?? Or is cell mass better cause i have heard cell mass works faster...Which one would you recommend considering im an ectomorph...? Thanks

  • @distructful whats up brotha, glad serious mass is working out for you. To be completely honest with you I'm pretty sure the gnc creatine that costs about 10 bucks that you bought is most likely the same as the ON creatine. Creatine is creatine you know? I'd try cell mass, It's definitely a more potent supplement which will give you some good vascularity and strength gains. Especially if you're an ectomorph.

  • @bball11ho Well yeah but i thought ON Creatine being micronized and being CreaPure might have made a difference but ok...And Do i have to stack Cell Mass with No Xplode and nitrix and all as they suggest or will cell mass along with a weight gainer good enough?? ( please let it be that way cause i cant afford that much on supplements lol)...

  • @distructful nah man you never have to stack ANYTHING, whey is whey, creatine is creatine. It's just the brand names that make it seem like you have to use THEIR products, don't fall for it. cell mass with a weight gainer is perfectly straight bro.

  • Good video man! I have used a lot of pre-workout powders and I get the same results, good for about a week and after that nothing! I stopped using them all together and take 200-300 mgs. of caffeine with my pre-workout shake. Also, the ON Strawberry banana is awful also!

  • @gameradoz It's not a bad product, I'd recommend taking 2-3 scoops POST workout.

  • oh yea and you should try with the serious mass you know how u take 1 scopp take half a scoop and just add 1 scoop whey protien chocolate opti makes it taste way better i had the same problem serious mass chocolate tastes like shit lol

  • @leeran8 lol ya i used to just do one scoop plus 1 scoop of whey. worked pretty well.

  • hay you know you have to cycle c4 u cant take it for a month and expect it to just keep on working 3 weeks on 3 weeks off and no other caffiene products while taking this or off of it and you need to be on atleast 1 hour empty stomach before you take it.

  • @lol4481 It's definitely too much in my minds eye. That plan seems pretty solid, just make sure you take 1 full serving every day and you'll most likely gain weight.

  • in regards to cellucor C4 bro, all those preworkout supplements are hype. supplements in general are a bunch of hype more than good. stick to multivitamin, fish oil, creatine, and whey protein if your working out hard. make your diet and workouts first priority, then supplements after if they are needed.
