The rockets dont even have dynamic lighting (when the light the rocket casts reflect on the environment and its surroundings like the walls and floor as it travels through its space). PC Games have had that since Half Life lol.

I fail to understand the importance of all of these tech demos that PS3 feels compelled to make. Heavy Rain, Rubber Duckies in a Bath, Fish Swimming... It's like they are TRYING to prove something, but seriously... whooptie fucking doo!!! Simply give us games~!

Hey misinformed. That UT demo was made in three days if you didn't know. Thats why its not top notch.

The Unreal Engine 3/UT2007 portion of this demo is something that could just as easily be accomplished with Unreal Engine 2. In fact, one of the original goals for UE2 was interactive and destructable environemts and meshes, but unfortunately UT2003/2004 did not implement all of the features in-game as was shown in the earliest demos. I'm looking forward to Epic finally achieving their goal in Gears of War and the next iteration of UT.
