  • Nice circuit. I am a personal trainer and I have clients do free weight, full body circuits like this all the time. I am a firm believer in full body workouts w/ compound exercises and avoiding a lot of isolation. So with that being said, this seems like a good workout. My only criticism would be that a 40 second break is too long. I would recommend using 30 seconds work for each exercise and 15 seconds rest between each.

    Other than that, awesome.

  • Efficient workout.

    It gives cardio pulmonary stress while allowing enough rest to move moderate weights (strength endurance).
